Finisher: Axe Kick - Dandy uses her flexibility to hike one boot in the air, bringing it down on top of the head or across the face of her opponent. Will sometimes be augmented by a high heel.

History and/or Personality: Mistress Dandelion first arrived in the DCWL hoping to establish herself as the alpha female. When that went sideways, she came to a greater realization: why do for yourself what people are falling over themselves to do for you? Thus began a long line of associations with DCWL figures such as Naja Takemara, The Vindicator, and former Commissioner Henry Spikes. Mistress Dandelion became known as the master manipulator in the DCWL.
Apparently the ravages of time, years of partying, and cosmetic surgery have taken their toll on her. There are only so many times one can run to the Botox and boob jobs in a futile attempt to stay young. But Mistress Dandelion still has an ace up her sleeve and it involves something to do with Kyle Hayden....
