We Want Moore Report (6th Edition)
Welcome DCWL Enthusiasts,
I know, “Where have you been?”
…
Can’t a girl have a vacation?
…
LI’m going t address something from a few weeks ago, Jackson Hunter? Since you gave your harsh comments on me you can’t seem to buy a victory. I expected as much from someone who at their highest was ranked 5th in the Midwest Indies, and 24th among Indy singles in America.
Here’s one thing you should know, if I have an opinion on something I’m definitely going to give it. Just like your body being run down, from what? The at most 3 dates you worked a month? Were you on steroids or something? So do us all a favor, stop complaining and wrestle.
Oh by the way…
I want a Tag Division whether you like it or not.
Moving on, War of the Words was released last nihgt, and it looks like we have a very impressive Cornerstone Revolution to look forward to. I was impressed with Buzzsaw’s debut against the dominant trio team, Unique Element. How long have they been champions, six months? Because of Buzzsaw they had their stiffest test to date. Lets be honest, The New Main Street Killaz didn’t really show up for their title match and Horrorshow didn’t give the effort everyone expected. Buzzsaw and the West Brothers definitely tested the resolve of Unique Element.
I’m looking forward to seeing Buzzsaw run through Great Atma, who really doesn’t stand a chance. He made a challenge to Sledge for the Dangerous Championship if he can manage to defeat Josh Curtis inside of a cage. In that environment, I believe Curtis doesn’t have much of a chance against Sledge. Especially, when he’s focusing on James O’Connor and not giving full attention towards his match.
Natasha Watkins proved she wasn’t intimidated, and Sierra Brown proved she hasn’t done her homework. Watkins first chance at fame? She’s wrestled the best Joshi in Japan, and has defeated everyone besides Moira Faith. Sierra was even mocking Natasha by calling her “Heather.” I don’t think Sierra even is aware of the match of the year candidate Natasha Watkins and Moira Faith had in January, the 60 minute draw that has wowed wrestling journalists around the world.
Lets look at the magnitude of this match, if Sierra can get the victory, retain the SOW Heavenly Championship on day one, and retain the DCWL Sirens Championship on day to she will face Moira Faith for the BHC Iron’s Glory Championship. For those of you unaware, the BHC is the biggest governing body of Championships in Japan. The BHC has been around since 1961 when the BHC International Championship was created, since then the BHC has been involved with promotions throughout Japan. If and I mean IF Browne defeats Watkins; which would be a miracle. She will face Moira Faith. I’m sure the BHC, NJWF, and DCWL will negotiate on a location for that match as well. But, if Natasha captures the SOW Heavenly Championship she will face Moira Faith for the BHC Iron Glory Championship.
Leon Corella has lost all my respect. Claiming he’s going to kill Maurice Thompson, when you look at his situation Corella needs to look in the mirror and blame himself for his current situation. Yes, Foyer made everything worse, but he never once lied. I personally feel Corella will taste defeat on day one against Thompson and on day two against Foyer.
Unique Element seemed confident for their match, riding on a successful defense of their FMLA Trios Championship a few days ago. Here is when they learn their opponents for Cornerstone Revolution. That’s right; Julianne Moore is breaking the news. Teams from Lithuania, Puerto Rico, Peru, Russia, Venezuela, Canada, and Mexico were interested. Surprisingly, the Trio hot beds of Mexico, Peru, Venezuela, and Lithuania did not get the final bid. DCWL Scouts chose a team from 24t wrestling talent ranked, China.
The tag team known as “Mystic Sun” the two time Chinese National Wrestling Tag Team Champions, the team of Shangdi and Yu Di will make up 2/3 of the team. The two are much lighter than even Danny Gunderson, but their High Flying ability will be a something new for Unique Element to encounter. Mystic Sun has been teaming together since 2004, and started having success in 2008 when they were signed to China’s biggest promotion the CNW.
Those that are body building enthusiast will recognize their partner, Dang Fang. Fang is internationally known for his incredible physique, appearing in over 120 body building articles in the past six years. He has become the most popular wrestler in China as well, four years ago he hired the Legend, Stanley Polyxena (better known as Stanley Alexander) for $90,000 to go to China and train Fang in his Catch Style. Those that study the history of wrestling will remember Polyxena was one of 4 protégés of the legendary Mark Theophilus.
China is known for its lack of quality wrestling trainers; the sport has only gained national recognition in the past 20 years. Fang has made the sport extremely popular, while making him a lot of money. Fang is an incredible athlete; he grew up playing basketball until he turned to body building when he turned 18. Fang’s incredible physique comprises a 7’2’’ near 300 pounds of 1.5% body fat. For those who haven’t seen him, he’s a mountain of lean dense muscle. From reports I’ve read, he moves around the ring with speed and grace. Some have called him the next generation of athlete, and many are wondering if he will leave China to compete elsewhere, which to this date he has refused to do so. He’s already a 4 time (and current) Chinese National Wrestling Heavyweight Champion, in just his 3 years in wrestling.
He’s only had a handful of tag matches, so he may not be used to this format, which will give Unique Element the advantage. This team from China could very well upset the DCWL Trios Champions, it all rests on the broad shoulders of Dang Fang.
Oh did everyone see Kyle Hayden drunk? Yeah, that’s classy…
Anyway…
….
It seems that everyone is encouraging Wolf Masterson to use his contract at Cornerstone Revolution. Horrorshow fails to defeat Unique Element twice, and they all are aiming for singles gold. Eh, I can’t blame them, nobody has beaten them so far. I personally feel Masterson should do the classy thing and wait, Thompson defeated Hunter right after he did, and in more impressive fashion. If he puts himself in the Grand Championship match against Free-bee (I mean Freebear) and Thompson, Thompson will have a good argument.
If I were Wolf Masterson, I’d go to one of the premium wrestling gyms in New York or California and spare with a new group of people. No offense to Mina, Jive, or Joe, but they aren’t going to show him enough to prepare him to get involved with the Grand Championship picture. Besides his win against Hunter, which doesn’t mean as much as it has in the past, he’s been struggling.
That’s just some advice Wolf…
Speaking of our Grand Champion, man I hope Thompson destroys Freebear. He just gets under my skin with his attitude, his cockiness, and his constant disrespect. On the other hand, everyone has to love what Maurice Thompson is doing with “Future Of The World” and everything. I just hope Jerry Horne and Lauren Jenkins are going to help his career, having the wrong people in your management can derail a career….
Speaking of which, since when did Thompson have a blog and promote his own upstart promotion? Maurice Thompson and the DCWL are on their second season of his online reality TV show. He’s never opened a promotion; Freebear is a bit out there…
Back to the point…
Freebear has proven he can make an upset happen. Nobody expected to see him defeat Corella, but he did. Maybe his corky demeanor is his way of playing mind games with his opponent. There are rumors that Maurice Thompson bought 30 tickets for both days of Cornerstone Revolution. His parents (Jessica & Hakeem), his modelicious girlfriend Chelsea Devlin, actress Bernardina Marroquín, are just a few of the guests Thompson is expecting. That has to give him some added pressure.
Hey…
It seems as I’ve been writing, DCWL released statements from Big Mike Foyer on their website….Hmmm..Foyer looks a little banged up from that video. I mean, he’s been knocked out twice, and suffered a hellacious Game Over the last time we saw him. His body is definitely going through some pain, no matter what he says. The eyes don’t lie, but I expect him to walk all over a distracted Leon Corella.
The James O’Connor and Jackson Hunter match for the SOW Warrior Championship, I’ll be honest I want Hunter to get the victory. O’Connor’s attitude towards the DCWL is disgusting, Hunter needs this victory to go from “What Was” to “Current” he hasn’t ever had a bigger match. If he does get the victory, the next day at Sundown Warriors, he’ll face O’Connor and Calvin Broughton for the SOW Warrior Championship. A very important night for Hunter, his career almost depends on it.
So what ever happened to The Hype?
The New Main Street Killaz have a match against “3 DCWL Legends” on Day 2…Does anyone really expect them to win? It does make me wonder who will be showing up. Don’t they have some kind of Garden Party coming up? That’s one even I will have to stay far away from.
Daisetsu Bando returns to the DCWL to face BLUE Matsuyama. Kid Way Cool knocked Blue out with a Roaring Elbow, I think Bando probably won’t have too many problems with Ol’ BLUE.
Moore Notes
I predict Wolf Masterson will replace Derrick Ford on Day 1 of Cornerstone Revolution, challenge American Freebear for the Grand Championship, and gain the victory.
Are the rumors about Mina Eyre posing in a Gothic Magazine true?
Will Kyle Hayden grow some testicles?
What Moore Wants
A Tag Team Division (Yeah, I said it Hunter)
Sierra Browne to get a clue (and tell the world she’s really 35)
Hunter to destroy O’Connor (There’s your bone Jax)
Joshua Curtis to fly off the top of the cage
