Steve Francis - The DCWL's former Head Referee, now brought back in a move that "smacks of someone owing someone a favor." He has still forgotten more about wrestling than many of the people in the matches he calls have even known, so his presence is intimidating.
Leonard Gutman - The unfortunately named borderline obese Gutman may not be much to look at, but he's one of the most assertive officials in the business and he calls all secondary title matches.
Rachelle Bennett - The daughter of former DCWL mercenary referee Tyrell Bennett is still green, but is not easily intimidated.
Referee #4 - No one really knows his name, but he does his job well, and that's what really counts, right?
