Yeah, I'm surprised a review didn't get popped off for this WotW like the last three. Oh well, guess patience has to prevail. Figures it'd be the first one I'd actually throw down on, LoL.

Hi all, little behind due to the Thanksgiving weekend and just read WOW. Freebear- Awesome addition to the roster. I like the character. He is different from other big men and that is very cool. The rp was solid. Leon- Rp was money as always showing that he belongs near [or on] top of the card. All the rps were solid but those two jumped out at me the most. After reading your guys, then reading mine again i really need to turn it up or i'm going to get slaughtered ;D To bad we didn't hear form the champ though. But i'm sure he will speak on the show... or will he? Tune in?

I don't feel a few small reviews of the work from WOtW is do justice...So here I go...
Maurice Thompson
This is my character, but I will try to be honest. I was trying to go a different route, showing that Thompson has been slacking a bit. To make sense of my absence, and to give Navarro a chance to take on the mentor role.
I believe it was the most solid work I have done in DCWL.
American Freebear
A blast from 1980s with the perception that power brings money, glory, and championships. Very well done piece, I like Freebear's look and this Moonsault finisher will be devastating. Which means Freebear could be marketable.
Mike Anderson
Very Very Cocky...I'm interested to see where he gets any face appeal with the approach, I believe he is listed as a tweener. It was a nice piece, he completely attacked the character of Max Turbo. I think it has the makings of being a good match with the contrasting style.
Leon Corella
Not sure what revolence the concrete room or the sledgehammer played with the entire piece. It was an interesting approach from Corella, he is so confident that he seems to live in his own world. Yet, it works well in contrast to Thompson and makes for a compelling match.
I do hope it is the semi-main event for the show as there seems to be a lot of heat and interest behind the match.
Those are my reviews, I'm also going to start an in-character column that reviews each DCWL show. It should be some fun.

Well the Concrete room is an old standby. I kinda' just couldn't think of a better environment. As for the Sledgehammer, that's a tip to his roots in E-Wrestling. The gold and black lacquer hammer is a signature prop of his.
As for his confidence? Well... The guy lives by his word and believes fully in himself. I'm grateful to be in a fed where I don't have to downplay him so much. The past ones he worked in made it hard for me to get behind him and really try, as he spent alot of time at the mercy of bad match writing.
Thanks for the compliments though, I do appreciate them Walt, and Jon.
And yeah, I liked all the RP's. This fed is one of the first ones I've been in that I actually see stuff that kind of hooks me in. I think with all the pressure of trying to top each other off our backs, this fed allows us all to focus on the quality of what we write, and keep it more pertinent and to the point, as opposed to what most feds make us do, and that's write entire novella's on the hope that we are given a victory.
The show is going to be insane, lemme' tell you.

Yeah, I've been huge busy this week and only recently managed to put thought into words.
BTW, this is Christian Colde for those who don't know yet. I handled the Spooky Doom in SPW and now handle the American Freebear here and in SWAT.
Mo-Reece Thompson and Navarro... God, Navarro is a ball buster! Mo-Reece (wee-wooo) tries to act like this cool cat with the cool car, but Tatanka Navarro just has to scream in his face like some Indian Sgt Hartman! I want Maurice to just wear shades and go "U mad?" while Navarro just screams bloody obcenities.
As for my guy... Well if he appeared like a guy who believes that power equals glory and championship, I'm not doing the character well. Man's supposed to be a dreamer from down home in Jacksonville Florida! To my defence, I am working on another character who will be more heelish, so what I attempted to pass off as old school Southern sensibilities might've been picked off as a "might makes right" philosophy.
I don't really like tweener characters, so if Mike Thompson acts more heelish than anything else I'd be quite happy. I'm just entering here, so I'd like to see more of the characters themselves: show me why I, as a fan, should be intimidated by the smartass with the mouth.
Leon reads like Victor Frost in SPW, which is really good! At worse, the promo ends up suffering from Captain Kirk syndrome (overuse of ellipse) but all the points made were real good.

Well the latest batch of WotW is a good read, top to bottom, though the one that stands out, and it's primarily because it's laced with more controversy than a presidential sex scandal, was Bane's. I have to give him a bit of an applause for making what could be the most hated heel in all of E-Wrestling, or at least from what I've experienced thus far. It's very hard to write a character like Julian Beckson and make them believeable. Most would become afraid of the perception of others at this point, and completely trash a work like what was posted, fully watering down the character and making them like the fifty dozen other Nazi skin-head wannabe's. I have a feeling you could make a serious tragic storyline around this guy, given the right circumstances. I mean we already have glimpses of that with his ex on the phone, and his dad having issues. Classic dramatic stuff this RP sets up and hinges upon. I won't lie to you, I seriously hate the character, but I admire the job that drcHannard is doing. Seeing as I hate the character, he's accomplished exactly what he set out to do. As I said before, it's not easy to write a guy like that, but I'll be damned if he ain't giving 110% effort and commitment to his character, and I can fully respect that. Now let's hope Bane doesn't scare any potential players off....

Thanks, I really appreciate it. I'm not sure what happened at the end but apparently I have issues copying and pasting from word to notepad. I'll find the stuff and post the entire ending and not something that just seems to randomly cut off. I'm also concerned that I might scare some potential players off (and apparently so is Jon ) but on the flip side, a character like Bane might bring in more faces because everyone is going to want to kick the crap out of him.

I had a lvl 80 Elemental Shaman on Alliance and a lvl 80 DK on Horde, but I was leveling my Horde Fury Warrior through Northrend with the intent to transfer him to Alliance when the faction change option opened, but then I realized I was spending entirely too much time on that game. Also I got a girlfriend, and she has a two year old, and I decided that a Warcraft addicted pothead was not a positive male role model for a child.
So now I'm drug free, and WoW-free, and completely content with my life.

For whatever it's worth, I know quite a few Warcraft addicted potheads, and the mere fact that you still found time to get a girlfriend is impressive, IMO.
